Your focus is to deliver excellent post-sales support and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for our customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, common technical questions on installation and use of our products.
You will act as the primary point of contact with our clients and will be equipped to resolve most issues directly. In some cases, you will not be able to resolve the issue or answer the question directly. In these cases, you will need to be able to document the issue and clearly communicate it to other members of the development team in order to provide the client with a resolution.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFYING POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW:
- Experience working in customer support especially if you were providing support for software products.
- Experience that shows the ability to lead and act independently is a definite plus.
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
- Knowledge of computers and commonly used software packages. Having a good understanding of IIS is a definite plus.
- Demonstrate the ability to be well organized and have a great attitude.
- Knowledge of business/marketing practices and terminology.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages. The majority of our clients speak English but a working knowledge of Spanish and/or French would be a definite plus.
- Candidates must live in the Madison, Wisconsin area.
The right experience is a great plus but we will also consider hiring a person who can demonstrate that they are capable of growing into the role.
