We are looking for individuals who want to become subject matter experts in transferring product knowledge to clients. The right person has effectively used a variety of education methods, deliverables and activities including, but not limited to: instructor-led training, webcasts, on-site client consulting, and web-based training and who has developed a curriculum to support training initiatives. Responsibilities
- Independently develop course materials using authoring tools, templates, and various learning technologies.
- Demonstrate project management skills developing project definitions, including scope, objectives, project team task list, schedules and milestones.
- Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external teams, including support and services regarding changes in curriculum and training materials, data, and product features and functionality covered within the curriculum.
- Coach sales representatives on recommending appropriate training to new and existing clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related area.
- 3 or more years experience as an instructor delivering software training.
- 2 or more years developing classroom training materials.
- Consulting experience in a professional services environment.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced PC literacy and technical experience with desktop systems.
- Able and willing to travel worldwide 2-4 times a month.
