MarketingPilot makes it easy to catalog files. Users can choose the approach that offers the most convenience and minimizes effort:

Upload
MarketingPilot uploads one or multiple files at a time quickly. MarketingPilot uses state-of-the-art Silverlight technology to achieve blindingly fast upload speeds. MarketingPilot starts the cataloging process with the upload, capturing file type, file size, date, etc. Once files are uploaded, users can update the metadata for multiple files at the same time.

Drag-and-Drop
Users can use Web Folders (Windows) or Goliath (Mac) to drag and drop files into MarketingPilot. When you drag and drop files MarketingPilot creates the same metadata as it makes when files are uploaded. Users can of course drag and drop one or several files at the same time.

Folders and Libraries
'Librarians' can create libraries - custom folders - as needed. Libraries can contain as many folders as are needed to organize files to meet your specific needs.

Files and Folders
MarketingPilot enables users to store one file in multiple folders; only one copy of the file actually exists it's displayed in all three. When you update the file in one folder, it is updated in all of them.
