You can create an unlimited number of Libraries. Each Library can have its own unique folder structure to facilitate organization and retrieval.

Libraries can store any type of file, without restrict to size.

Share One File Across Libraries and Folders
Libraries leverage MarketingPilot's ability to have one File appear in multiple Folders at the same time. With this approach there is only one file to maintain; and if a new version is needed, it needs to be uploaded once and automatically appears everywhere it should.
