Alerts and Reminders

Automatic reminders, alerts and notification keeps all team members aware of the status of every task and event. Alerts help users make immediate decisions about project status and the impacts of scheduling changes. Set reminders for early order discounts, forms that need to be turned in and contracts for space, equipment and catering.

Reminders: Never Forget a Task Again
Set reminders for a task to be sure that you don't forget it. You can set both forward and backward reminders: set a reminder to start a task in advance of it's due date, or one to remind you to go back, and, for example, compare actual versus estimated duration of the task.

 

Email Alerts
