How Automatic Scoring Works
MarketingPilot makes scoring easy; whether you have simple or complex requirements:
- MarketingPilot enables users to quickly create Lead Scoring Models. Lead Scoring Models assign numeric scores to the different elements included in each Lead. For example a lead from New York might get 5 points, while a lead from LA gets 10. Lead Scoring Models can be linked to specific campaigns or all campaigns; you may need to score
Leads differently for different sales teams, clients, products, countries, etc. If multiple Rules apply to a Lead, the scores for each Rule are added
up to generate a composite score.
- When Leads are added to MarketingPilot via landing pages, uploads or data entry, they are automatically submitted to the Lead Scoring Engine. The Lead Scoring Engine processes every Lead that is added to MarketingPilot through the appropriate Lead Scoring Model and assigns its score.
- MarketingPilot then automatically sends Reps Lead Alerts that include the Lead Score; Reps know right away hot hot each Lead is. Lead and their scores are also displayed on each Rep's personal Lead dashboard. where Users can sort, group and filter Leads by score.
