Reviewer's comments are permanently stored in MarketingPilot's database so there is never a question about whether a document was received and reviewed. Reviewers can mark up files, attach notes to files and append revisions and versions. Route files in parallel or serially. Route multiple items at one time. Route files to non-MarketingPilot users via email and capture comments in MarketingPilot. Setup routing and approval templates/distribution lists.
  • Security: MarketingPilot provides tight security for files by enabling the owner of the file to restrict or grant access to others.
