Today MarketingPilot Software LLC announced MarketingPilot Release 10 (R10) - a significant new release that demonstrates MarketingPilot's vision, product leadership and commitment to innovation in integrated marketing software.
Marketing Automation
New Marketing Automation features demonstrate our commitment to aggressively add marketing automation to MarketingPilot's already strong marketing resource management, enterprise marketing management and agency management features.
Mark Up and Approvals
Users can now route web pages for review and approval. The user interface of MarketingPilot's approval and routing engine has been improved and new delivery options have been added. Web pages can be marked up; the new 'comment-on-comment' function enables reviewers to engage in threaded discussions about the comments being made to items that are routed.
First Media Buying and Planning Tool for Social Media; Performance Measurement
Users can now create media plans and buys for Social Media. R10 also enables users to quickly and easily track KPIs, metrics and performance of Social Media campaigns and to roll up Social, Print, Outdoor, Internet and Broadcast results together.
MarketingPilot Lead Management Option
The Lead Management Option has been significantly enhanced with new automatic Lead Scoring, automatic Lead Assignment and integrated Landing Page features. Tight integration of CRM, Lead Management and Campaign Management functions enable users to track true Campaign Performance – Cost Per Lead and ROI automatically.
Workflow Enhancements
Significant workflow enhancements significantly improve productivity and facilitate project and staff scheduling. MarketingPilot's team functions have been significantly enhanced with a new user interface that improves usability. MarketingPilot's task dashboard has been redesigned in order to improve its performance and usability.
Digital Asset Management Enhancements
Digital asset library functions that provide public access to digital assets has been enhanced. A new iFrame-based implementation facilitates the deployment of libraries across intranets and extranets.
Project Requests
Enhancements to MarketingPilot's Project Request function include improved flexibility, additional requirement types, integration with Product and Brand Management functions, improved alerting and many more features that bring a new level of productivity to users seeking a self-service portal for project requests. Template-drive, MarketingPilot's Job Request functions enable users to automate and accelerate project setup.
Multiple Organization Option
A new option for organizations that operate multiple companies but need to share a single system. The Multiple Organization Option is built on MarketingPilot's Unified Marketing Software Platform.
Performance Improvements
Many enhancements that improve system performance are included in Release 10. Significant performance improvements have been made to project management functions.
CRM Enhancements; New User License and Subscription Option
Enhancements to the CRM area include new configuration options for the Contact dashboard, tighter integration with Lead Management and Marketing Automation. A new Licensing and Subscription option for CRM and business development users. R 10's new CRM User License and Subscription Option provide a lower cost option for CRM users.
Marketing Performance Measurement
Results have been integrated with Landing Pages, Lead Management and Invoicing.
Ad Sales and Inventory Management
Significant changes to Assets and Inventory increases flexibility and enables users to create Bookings with variable start and end dates.
Security and User Management Enhancements for Large Enterprises
New features to help large enterprises better manage user access and security. Now Administrators can create and manage security groups. In conjunction with LDAP-integration, R10 is easier to deploy and administer than prior releases.
On Demand or Licensed
Users can subscribe to MarketingPilot on demand or purchase licenses for installation on an in-house server.
