For a fixed subscription fee, MarketingPilot On Demand enables you to use the MarketingPilot without purchasing licenses, installing software or doing any IT work. As guardians of your mission critical information, we make security, privacy and performance our top priorities.

Comprehensive Services
On Demand services include setup and configuration, software and system administration, and internet access in a high-security, fault-tolerant environment. All management, monitoring, upgrades and backup services are included. We rely on industry leading technology from Microsoft, Symantec, Citrix and Cisco Systems. Comprehensive written procedures and policies ensure consistency and quality of service.  

Servers
We exclusively use rack mounted 64-bit multi-core Intel-based Dell servers in our production environment. Dedicated or shared servers are available.

The Hosting Facility
Servers are collocated at CDW Corp.'s Berbee data center located in Madison Wisconsin (USA).

Extreme Security and Reliability
The Berbee data center is a hardened facility with biometric ID access controls. Access is limited to specifically authorized personnel. The facility has around the clock security staff, video surveillance, environmental monitoring and network monitoring. A fire suppression system is in place, as well as a powerful diesel generator power backup system. The data center has redundant power feeds, battery backup for brief interruptions and diesel generators for extended power outages. A redundant HVAC system maintains temperature and humidity. Even a prolonged power outage will not interrupt operations as the generators can support round the clock operations for the entire data center.

MarketingPilot’s servers are located in locked cages to prevent unauthorized access. Servers are connected to the internet redundant network adapters to a high speed fiber optic local network that is connected to multiple internet backbone operators. Servers have RAID disks, redundant power supplies and redundant cooling subsystems. Servers are protected by redundant firewalls. Virus protection is a standard feature. MarketingPilot made an early commitment to Microsoft Windows 2000 and the Windows Active Directory and has built our data security around those platforms. We take advantage of all the security features in SQL Server.

Your Data is Kept Separate
Data for each client are kept in a separate database for the ultimate in security, flexibility and protection, all of which are subject to access controls enforced by the operating system and database management system.

Secure Offsite Backups
Offsite backups are performed nightly.
