Whether you choose to run MarketingPilot on your network or on our servers, MarketingPilot's layered approach to security ensures that your important information is safe and sound. You can choose an appropriate level of security depending upon your needs:

• Access is protected by a User ID and password with strong passwords and mandatory password rotation.
• User roles determine which functions a user can access and whether or not a user can view or edit specific information.
• Your data is never commingled with other users' even when you use our on demand service.
• Team membership restricts user access to specific information. Only users on the team can access information.
• MarketingPilot can be installed behind your firewall, on a dedicated server or via your VPN.
• Use 40 or 128-bit SSL encryption (standard for on demand).
