User Access
Integrated access control requires users to login with a User ID and password with strong passwords and mandatory password rotation.

LDAP
Choose the Enterprise Edition and use LDAP/Active Directory to control user access. With LDAP your IT department can control access centrally. users use their Windows or Domain login to gain access to MarketingPilot. LDAP enables you to fully extend your security policy (password rotation, format, etc.) to MarketingPilot.

Roles/Teams
User roles determine which functions a user can access and whether or not a user can view or edit specific information. Team membership restricts user access to specific information. Only users on the team can access information.

Data Integrity
Your data is never commingled with other users' even when you use our on-demand service.

Internet Security
MarketingPilot can be installed behind your firewall, on a dedicated server or via your VPN. Use https with 40 or 128-bit SSL encryption (standard for on-demand).
